    You have some achievable goals here Hamish!
    I like how you have given yourself things to work on. Two of the many things a leader does is reflect consistently on how they can improve or grow. Then it is put into action. It's cool to read that you have a plan and you're working on it.

    I didn't know you had Guinea pigs! How many do you have? Are they hard to take care of?
